All hunts are 7 full days, 10 day hunts are available.

Rates Include
Services of a qualified guide or guides.
Meals, and lodging during contract days.
Transportation in the field.
Trophy preparation and the use of camp equipment.
Rates DO NOT Include
Airfare
Shipping of trophies or meat.
Alcoholic or soft drink beverages.
Hotel rooms before or after the hunt.
Taxidermy
Licence or Tags
Gratuities for the guides or cook.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A HUNT
All deposit cheques (checks) payable to Chinchaga River Hunts.
All funds in (USD) Dollars.
1/3 deposit to hold the booking.
1/3 due 120 days prior to the hunt date.
1/3 due on arrival.
Deposits are bonded and Insured by the Alberta Professional Outfitters Society (APOS)
Deposits will be refunded in full, if for some reason we must cancel a hunt.
If a hunter must cancel his/her hunt, the deposit will not be refunded (it may be assigned to another hunter in the current year).
Contracts itinerary and information package will be issued upon receipt of deposit.
